You don’t need to do another diet, you need to let yourself eat.
Despite my fascination and desire to learn and understand the intricacies of the physiology, how we function, how we move at a muscular and skeletal level, how REM sleep influences our hunger regulation, how the mechanics of a joint influences our squat depth.. I’ve come to one stark realisation.
This shit doesn’t matter.
This article is a call to arms, a cry for f*cking change if you like — because people, and in particular women born between 1970–1995, need help.
And this is going to be your haynes manual for getting your sh*t together with your nutrition.
I can’t tell you how much it infuriates, upsets, aggravates, jars me (for one for a better word) that the large majority of women have a broken and disordered relationship with food.
To such an extent, that it contributes to such a large portion of their daily stress levels that they feel exhausted, confused and overwhelmed at the end of the day because of the things they’ve decided to put into their bodies.
