Meditation: From nothing to 30 mins a day. How, why and mistakes I made.

Now as much as I don’t wanna make this out to be some big pea-brained love story, it kind of is.

So let me take you on an experience..

I first ‘discovered’ the practise of meditation in June 2018, when I saw someone had posted a picture on their instagam story of their daily streak of their meditations using the app Headspace. I kind of had no idea what meditation really was, and my awareness and thoughts surrounding it was merely that it was some strange woowoo (not sim sex) thing…
